This draft is not a final legal agreement. The owner must confirm licensing, payment, cancellation, refund, retention and delivery terms before commercial launch.

Your materials & permissions

Submit only original materials or content you are authorised to use. Obtain consent from anyone whose voice you record. No copyrighted backing track may be submitted without permission. Voice cloning is not offered.

Quotes & recording

A submission is a request, not a guaranteed booking or delivery date. The artist confirms availability, price, usage rights and agreed scope before personally recording your song. Online payment is not collected.

Review & delivery

Revision allowances are recorded with each order. The customer approves the preview before the completed final file is released. Commercial use, ownership transfer and redistribution rights require explicit agreement with the artist; a download alone does not settle those terms.
